If you’re in recovery from substance use disorder and have the desire to live sober, we will help you find strength and a new community of friends to support your journey. We lift more than barbells. At The Phoenix, the workout may bring us together but the new friendships keep us coming back. The real weight we lift is our hearts, minds, and spirit. We aim higher. We offer something for everyone at all levels of ability. From group fitness, cycling, strength training, and yoga to climbing, hiking, socials, or just meeting for coffee.
