The Government has been in contact with another race of aliens starting in 1953 and actually closely resembles humans. This alien group warned us about the ET race around the equator at the time, and told us they would help us evolve spiritually.They demanded that we destroy Nuclear weapons as a part of the agreement. They also believed that we would use new technology to kill eachother, pollute the earth and violate the earth’s natural resources. Also, to live in harmony with earth.After the cold war these were difficult terms for the US Governemnt to swallow and the proposal was rejected. President Eisenhower met with them and a formal treaty was signed with them in 1954. The agreement allowed them to kidnap humans for medical experimentation. This was never fully adequately explained.The condition is that humans would never be harmed and would then be returned to the US safely.
