My wife and I came back a bit floating from our retreat, it took us some time before landing..... We loved our stay at Shamballah from A to Z: great location (sea just 5 minutes away), great atmosphere, great yoga and mediation sessions, very good balance between yoga, meditation, and free time, great healthy food, great heterogeneous group (crazy London bankers on a retreat, entrepreneurs, personal development lovers: great mix). Zarqa and Patricia's warm but discrete attention was one of the keys to our stay. If you want to spend time with them, they are there, if you prefer to be alone, they will know. Their house is a peaceful nest (large nest!) ideal as it offers everyone the possibility to have its own space. I am happy (and proud!) to say that I also managed to learn surfing during my stay, whilst my wife managed to read the 500 books that she had always wanted to read but could never find the time to do.
