The deaths highlight the CPS crisis in northern California. Nancy Pelosi personally rents office space to a pedophilia-linked “child welfare” group that was designed by a notorious pedophile in the Bay Area. The political class in northern California allegedly lords over a child sex trafficking epidemic in which foster care kids are being used as sex workers, according to our recent documentary Save the Babies. So why are children dying in the system and why is Contra Costa County forcing dead babies to be cremated so their families can’t see their bodies? What are they trying to hide? Foster care kids have a 42 percent greater chance of dying than kids who are not in foster care, according to a 2020 analysis conducted by a Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia fellow and others. One-to-four year old children have a substantially higher death rate in foster care than in the normal world, as do children of every racial category that the analysts studied. The foster care system in Contra Costa County was exposed by the 2019 arrests of a foster “dad” and his grown son on child sex abuse charges, along with the revelation that the son admitted to a CPS investigator that he made out with a foster child. CPS kept placing vulnerable kids in that foster home for years after the admission. Additionally, Contra Costa County placed children with a foster “parent” named Michael Mallett, who was gunned down by police officers who were trying to arrest him on numerous counts of child molestation. A father named Fred Keuck, whose daughter was placed with Mallett, told me: “Apparently an 11-year old girl who was living on the same property with (my daughter), she said something. She said that she was molested for some time while being there, for four years. She finally said something when she was 11. CPS is not willing to take any responsibility for it. I confronted CPS about it, and they said you should be happy you got your kids back and if you have a problem with what we did then get a lawyer.” The Dead Native American Baby A Native American mother in Contra Costa County, California told NATIONAL FILE about her dead baby, and the case is especially disturbing. The Native American mother’s baby died in county government custody. The baby was put in a sealed coffin so the mother could not figure out the true cause of death. The mother’s other children have been seized by Child Protective Services (CPS). The Native American mother tells NATIONAL FILE: “After the paramedics took my Native American son in the ambulance and refused to do CPR on him, or offer him any life-saving techniques, they then took my son’s body to the morgue and they would not allow me to see his body once it entered the ambulance, and when they took his body to the morgue they still would not let me see it, and they said that if I want to have a funeral for him it has to be a closed casket, and I’m not allowed to view it, even though I requested a viewing. They would not allow me to see my son at all. The casket was locked at the viewing, and I was not able to identify if my son was there or not.” “A 60-year old Native American woman was murdered in Concord, in Contra Costa County California, in August of 2022. There are many Native American indigenous women that go missing and are murdered and they are never investigated by the police. This woman was targeted by the Children and Family Services her whole life, and her Native American daughter was ripped from her arms by racist social workers, and then they placed her daughter in a non-Native home, which is a violation of the Indian Child Welfare Act law, where the people who took her in were relatives of the child molester who molested her. This is who Children and Family Services places kids with, is child molesters and their families,” the Native American mother said. “My Native American son needed help with his breathing, and the racist fireman took him in the ambulance, would not allow me in the ambulance, and they would not give him any type of help, no CPR, no electromagnetic pads, nothing. They wouldn’t even attempt to help him in any way. And the one-month old infant that was Native American passed away in the ambulance, and they would not allow me, the mother, to see his body, after they took him in the ambulance, they would not allow me to have a viewing, and they sealed and closed the casket,” the Native American mother said. “This Native American woman who recently passed away would often cry and say how horrible the Children and Family Services has made her life and how her relationship with her daughter was completely severed, and even when the daughter got older, she still did not have that same kind of relationship that she wanted, and how the Children and Family Services really just sets out to destroy families, destroy relationships, and sever ties with parents all so they can gain money from keeping a child in an abusive foster home,” the Native American mother said. “The Children and Family Services social workers are often criminals and have felonies on their backgrounds, and child abuse on their backgrounds, but yet they work in this office to steal little kids,” the Native American mother said. “The Children and Family Services has a reputation for destroying families and causing severe emotional distress on parents and children during the visits and throughout the separation process, where they are trying to separate a child from its parent. This is very bad for a child’s brain and for a parent’s brain. This can have long-lasting damaging effects on both people involved. This can raise anxiety levels in a child and a parent and can also cause a child to worry and stress. This is only talking about the emotional damage they do, not to speak of the physical, sexual and other abuse that the Children and Family Services causes,” the Native American mother said. “This Native American mother was neighbors of another family who had their child ripped from their homes, except this time when the child was taken, the social workers killed their child and this family sued the Children and Family Services and won damages against them for killing their child by giving this child the wrong medication in the foster home,” the Native American mother said. “My Native American son was having a breathing problem and needed an ambulance to give him CPR. The ambulance refused to give him CPR, took him in the ambulance, would not let me allowed in the ambulance with him, and then my son passed away inside the ambulance on the way to the hospital. He was a month old. When I asked to view the body, the Martinez morgue refused to let me view my son’s body and they demanded that I have a closed casket and not be allowed to identify my son or see him in his casket. My son was Native American,” the Native American mother said. “The Concord, California police department have a bad reputation for working with the Children and Family Services to conspire against innocent mothers and illegally kidnap their children. This is happening quite frequently in the city of Concord in Contra Costa County,” the Native American mother said. “The Concord, California police department will file false reports and file false documentation in order to illegally kidnap a minor in the city of Concord, and then they turn them over to the Children and Family Services to traffic them for money by placing the child in an abusive foster home where the child is severely abused in foster care and no one does anything about the abuse the foster home,” the Native American mother said. “When foster parents go to the Children and Family Services asking for an application to apply to become a foster parent, they have to list the reason that they’re doing so. In one of the reasons listed by a foster home in Contra Costa County, the reason they listed was because they are infertile and unable to have their own children which is their motivation for adoption. This should cause a red flag because these foster people did not want to return the children that came into their home, and struggled and fought with the parent at every single chance that they had a chance to,” the Native American mother said. “The Children and Family Services uses false advertising for foster parents. They say on their advertising that these people would just be used to take in a child temporarily until they reunite with their families. However, that is a false advertisement because the people who come in to open up their home for an adoption home often come in with the intentions of never returning the child. And they do everything they can to fight to keep the child away from the biological parents. What’s even worse is the social worker encourages this type of corruption and behavior in the foster home so that that way they can keep the funding going. Because they lose funding if a child is returned to its biological family, and this is where the corruption comes in,” the Native American mother said. Dr. Whitefeather, a Native American legal expert, told NATIONAL FILE that Child Protective Services is violating the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), a law passed in 1978, by removing Native American children from Native homes and placing them with non-Native American foster parents and adoptive parents. Dr. Whitefeather told NATIONAL FILE: “The ICWA problems that are going on today with the child being placed in a non-Native care has a lot of implications with the genocide and the generational trauma that is going on today. So, we need to come to a comprehension of how our Native people, how we do our thing. Because there’s a lot of different tribal issues and there’s a lot of different tribal ways that dictate our knowledge to our sovereignty. So when our children are not able to grow up in the community and grow up in the villages and the tribes, there’s a lot of the sovereignty knowledge that is lost…The CPS is working towards a genocidal act. They’ve been pre-informed that the child is native and yet ICWA has not understood that the matrilineal or the mother’s bloodline is what dictates with ICWA, BLM, the BIA, they all go by the mother’s side of the bloodline. If your mother is Native, then you’re 100 percent Native no matter how much your blood percentage is.” “So in ICWA, all children are supposed to remain with the Native bloodlines. So if the mother is Native, then the child is to remain with the mother’s bloodline, and the grandparents and so forth. And if the father is Native, then the child goes to the father’s custody. Granted, if one side of the family is better off than the other, that is also a stipulation. That’s just human nature. It doesn’t go against natural law,” Dr. Whitefeather said. “Our traditional ways is that the kid always stays with the woman. Because a child needs to be raised by the mother until they get older and the dad can take them off to teach them how to fish and hunt and all that good stuff,” Dr. Whitefeather said. “Yes, it’s stripping us of our culture, and our ways of life, because there’s just too much that has to be taught in our traditional ways that it’s a life way. When we say natural law, we don’t just play around with the words and even though it’s not our language and we translate it in a different way, that’s the mindset that we have, because when we say natural law, that’s Land, Air, Water, Spirit. Any manmade law can be wrote underneath one of those four Laws: Land, Air, Water, Spirit. So when you can take all of the things that everybody studies, and all of the World and all of the Universe, and wrap that around in your head, that’s what it’s like to be Native. Because that’s how we live. Natural Laws. Land, Air, Water, Spirit. So, we have all these teachings that have to take a lifetime to do. So, when CPS takes these children away from their parents, even though they are Native or non-Native, or they’re mixed, it’s just that there is so much that is lost,” Dr. Whitefeather said. “I’m helping out with the Hopi Village right now on a case and a Hopi village sister, she has been incarcerated in Texas because her children are half-Hopi and half-non Native and the non-Native has been arrested and has a domestic violence charge against the children and the mother for beating them, and was arrested, and she took the children back to the Hopi Village and the Hopi village took claim to the kids, and the state of Texas said that they were going to charge them for kidnapping. I advised the state of Texas that they cannot give them any kind of charges because the mother brought the children to the village so she could go back to Texas and handle the divorce. And they arrested her for taking the kids out of state. So, the Hopi village said that they’re a sovereign nation and that the state of Texas has to respect that, so Texas did, and said they won’t come onto the Hopi village and try to take the kids, and they were just bluffing about the kidnapping charges. And so now they said that the mother will not be released until the Hopi village brings the kids to the border of the state of Texas and turn them over to any police officer and they will release the mother. So, the CPS in Texas is violating the International Hostage Convention Law of 1979, of hostage-taking for any property, or it’s just regular property laws that you can’t hold one belongings for another. So that even comes underneath international law when it comes to humans for jurisdiction,” Dr. Whitefeather said. “There’s just so much that needs to be corrected and so many people need to humble themselves to learn our ways because we’re totally different. It’s the whole reason why there’s a money value placed upon us higher than non-Natives. 75 thousand a year for Natives, and it’s fifteen thousand a year for non-Natives for CPS kids. And it’s because of the fiduciary duty and responsibility and the trust responsibility that comes with taking care of a Native, because we have attachments to the land. We don’t have sovereign rights, we have sovereign authority. If you have a child with a Native, now you get to stay here, your parents get to stay here, and your grandparents get to stay here because they all get to say hello to their grandbaby. That’s just respect under natural law. Every animal in the world does that, they allow the grandparents to see their grandchildren. No matter what pack of animals it is. So we are the same way. So that is the understanding and the comprehension that we need to come to, that we don’t have sovereign rights we have sovereign authority. The government only has fiduciary duty and responsibility on our behalf,” Dr. Whitefeather said. The mysterious death and cremation of Desiree Ramirez As I reported in our documentary Save the Babies: A Documentary on CPS Child Trafficking: “I have obtained a death certificate for a baby girl named Desiree Ramirez, in Contra Costa County, California. She died on October 27, 2018, at the age of four months old. She was in CPS custody at the time of her death living in a foster home. Her social worker Tasha Mizel is listed on her death certificate. Her parents sued Contra Costa County.” Desiree Ramirez’s parents’ lawsuit against Contra Costa County states: “The autopsy revealed that D.R. (Desiree Ramirez) had internal bleeding in her abdominal cavity, and bruises to her internal organs and on the back of her head. The coroner listed the cause of death was caused by the heart stop beating or by an abnormal heart rhythm. The latter could not have been a cause because there was no EKG. The child was already dead when emergency personnel arrived at the scene.” “So think about this. How does a young baby, four months old, suffer internal bleeding in her abdominal cavity, and bruises to her internal organs and on the back of her head? So with all of these questions that are circling around about this girl’s death, and I’m revealing this here to the world today. Do you know what CPS did? They had Desiree Ramirez’s body cremated,” I stated in the documentary Save the Babies. Ramirez’s family even said in a lawsuit that social worker Tasha Mizel falsely identified herself as the child’s next of kin when she authorized Desiree Ramirez’s cremation. Other children have also been lost to the CPS and foster care system in Contra Costa County, California. Deonna Green: A daycare provider was arrested but ultimately not charged after a foster child named Deonna Green died at age two while underweight, and the coroner determined that the young girl ate baking soda. The daycare provider had been found to have previously left medications and chemicals in the presence of children, which the county reportedly knew about. Deonna Green’s natural b
