And in order to discriminate against those people, you make up ambiguous and unnecessary terms such as "diversity" even though this "diversity" ideology has been a perennial problem in the economic and academic world. The simple fact is that no one is applying this "diversity" claptrap in the NBA or the NFL. What we are seeing here is that subversive programs like affirmative action are essentially racial discrimination. Plain and simple. Thomas Sowell himself has written extensively on this, saying things like that affirmative action has been a total failure around the world. But little did people like Sowell know that affirmative action was essentially a Zionist project, and the New York Times itself admitted this way back in 1979.
