Free-wifi. Easy access between gates & transfers. Plenty of comfortable seats & choices of places to eat. Public transport to downtown Denver Union Station is an easy commute.Upvote589DownvoteUpvoted 6 days agoCooper SmithDecember 20, 2012Been here 50+ timesThe Demon Horse, masonic symbols, and creepy murals - conspiracy theorists say these point to a large, underground bunker built beneath DIA to protect the world's elite when the world ends. Yep. Read moreUpvote779DownvoteUpvoted 2 days agoMonika McMahonMarch 6, 2014Been here 100+ timesWant really tasty, farm-to-table food that's also quick? Go to concourse C and eat at Root Down. You won't be disappointed. Their breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails are amazing.Upvote268Downvoteᴡ MeyerJune 10, 2018Been here 10+ timesSurprise: Airline ticketing check-in is on level 6. However the rental car bus drops you off on ground floor (which is level 5!) So just go up the escalator or elevator to level 6 to check in!Upvote138DownvoteUpvoted 2 weeks agoJacob FordAugust 18, 2015Concourse C has these pristine vaguely Japanese gardens that seem cruise shippishly manicured by underpaid men. Yet there is no entrance onto them whatsoever. Add it to the list of DEN conspiracies.Upvote191DownvoteUpvoted Dec 31, 2022Aaron AtencioNovember 17, 2012Been here 100+ timesFirst airport to offer this: Make free 10-minute international phone calls to most countries or unlimited USA calls from any of the "pay" phones at DIA! So convenient for international travelers!Upvote181DownvoteMark StoddardDecember 31, 2014Been here 50+ timesROOT DOWN in Terminal C is one of the best airport cocktail bars/restaurants in the country. Very well worth visiting from Terminals A or B to experience...Upvote53DownvoteBillie HawkinsApril 4, 2018Been here 50+ timesIf you Uber here, & already checked in, have them drop off United West side, 1st door (no matter what airline you need). You can take the escalator directly to TSA or Normal Security. Less walking!Upvote50DownvoteClaire LuhmanSeptember 29, 2017Been here 10+ timesDIA can be a bit of a monster to tackle the first time traveling through it as it is quite large. It has an interesting history and is always a nice experience even for those who fear planes, like me.Upvote17DownvoteMichael TiffanyJuly 9, 2011Been here 5+ timesGo to Que Bueno, near Gate B52, and order the chile relleno. Have then add some barbacoa and guacamole to the top. This is some of the best airport food in America.Upvote20DownvoteLjubo FilipovićJanuary 6, 2019Been here 5+ timesThe best US airport according to the WSJ. 2nd biggest in the World. Architectural masterpiece. Right now undergoing big changes for the passengers’ best experience.Upvote11DownvoteDionne WaughAugust 29, 2018Been here 25+ timesRoot Down in the C Concourse is the best airport restaurant ever! The food is amazing and worth the detour from the other concourses. If you go for breakfast get the burritoUpvote8DownvoteBradley ShiveJanuary 25, 2019Been here 50+ timesMy favorite airport in the nation. Well laid out, efficient and intuitive train system, plenty of local food options and covered parking onsite...Upvote7DownvoteJacob FordAugust 18, 2015All train tunnels toward Concourse C are lined with pinwheels. Tunnels toward the Terminal are lined with hatchets. WITH HATCHETS. Sit in the very back or front of any train to get the best view.Upvote7DownvoteApril PayneApril 27, 2019Been here 50+ timesIf you will be here for awhile, try some of the local cuisine located in each terminal. My favorites are Snarfs for a sandwich (A gates) or Root Down (C gates) for a burger!Upvote5DownvoteScott ByerlyAugust 11, 2014Been here 25+ timesHunkering for your starbucks craving? There's only two in the entire airport; both in concourse B. One is by B90 at the very end and the other just before the stairs to the express jets.Upvote5DownvoteJacob FordAugust 18, 2015Each concourse has a huge sculptural centerpiece. Terminal A: massive train tracks. B: big metal arch. C: beautiful manicured vaguely Japanese gardens that you can't walk in and Bill Daniels’s jet.Upvote14DownvoteLeonardo De La RochaApril 3, 2013Been here 50+ timesConcourse C breakfast hack: Coming off the escalators make a quick left and hit up La Casita for a small side of their green chile. Pour over fries at McD's or breakfast bowl from Villa Pizza.Upvote14DownvoteBrea SimpsonAugust 28, 2018Been here 25+ timesThey tried for whimsical character and instead they got demon horses, nazis wearing gas masks, giant KKK looking things and murals of dead children. Nice, Denver. Real nice.Upvote8Downvote1Tim JacksonSeptember 28, 2013Been here 100+ timesWelcome to nation's third busiest airport; seventh busiest in world. When riding the train to terminal, expect to hear a message from Mayor Michael Hancock. I've talked to him three times this week.Upvote27DownvoteCooper SmithDecember 28, 2012Been here 50+ timesSkip the main security in the center of the terminal and walk the bridge to Concourse A, it's always half the length/time. If you're flying out of B or C, you can easily grab the train from hereUpvote15Downvoteglenn lethamOctober 19, 2018Been here 50+ timesWelcome to DIA! There's a hidden new Belgium bar here but it's a hike! Happy hunting... Into maps & geo? Follow @gletham on Twitter or Instagram! CheersUpvote3DownvoteEaterJuly 11, 2012Top Dining Options: Lounge 5280 & New Belgium Hub, Terminal B; Chef Jimmy's Bistro & Spirits, Terminal A; Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Terminal C; Boulder Beer Tap House, Jeppesen Terminal. Remember, the barbed wire is positioned to keep you IN! Don't miss the freaky murals.Upvote2DownvoteTara CunninghamJanuary 8, 2014Been here 5+ timesOn your way out if you have some extra time, go to Gate C and eat at Root Down. Awesome food, cool decor, great craft beer selection, and they have outlets EVERYWHERE!Upvote3DownvoteJen GoodeAugust 16, 2012Been here 5+ timesThere are 3 security line options regardless of airline: north, south & the bridge to concourse A (north end). Each has direct access to the train which will quickly take you to any of the concourses.Upvote4DownvoteJ LoganJune 15, 2016TSA really has their act together overall here - this is my home airport and the flow is always better than an average airport of equivalent size. They are especially good today as there is no at all.Upvote4DownvoteIan CairnsJune 19, 2013Been here 100+ timesUdi's just opened in Terminal B near B25(ish). Local company, great healthy food including gluten-free, salads you want to eat, even a quinoa option. Plus the best bread from a chain in Denver. :)Upvote22Downvoteglenn lethamNovember 25, 2015Been here 50+ timesIf you have time to kill and wanna eat go to the very end of B gates 80s... And hit the New Belgium bar, its great!! CheersUpvote3DownvoteStephen DavisSeptember 5, 2014Been here 25+ timesCool airport with so much art and little widgets stuck here and there. There is construction so be prepared on pickup and dropoff. Quite easy to get in and out. Baggage usually pretty quick.Upvote1DownvoteMohammad FakhouriSeptember 7, 2021Been here 25+ timesGreat big airport with lots of food options, Terminals have a connectingTrain so I would get here early. Well organized rental cars a shuttle service. Security lines are crazy long so allow timeUpvoteDownvoteDavid CushingDecember 10, 2018This is obviously an impressive facility but really it's design's priority was to move large amounts of people. I see very little consideration of the individual traveler's experience.Upvote1DownvoteEliza WeeksOctober 13, 2016GORGEOUS views! and a great airport. It's so easy to navigate with a variety of different food and shopping options! Flying into Denver is always a wonderful experience.Upvote1DownvoteLufthansaJanuary 14, 2014Fun fact about the Denver International Airport: The iconic roof of the Jeppesen Terminal is made from Teflon-coated fiberglass that is as thin as a credit card!Upvote49DownvoteDustin SladeSeptember 22, 2015Been here 5+ timesBig airport long and stretched out so give yourself enough time to get around here. Good restaurants while you wait. Few nice bars.Upvote1DownvoteChristina GMarch 29, 2013The people that work here are extremely nice, empathetic and helpful! I'm terrified of flying & they did everything in their power to make sure I had a pleasant experience on & off the plane.Upvote1DownvoteUna SchadeJanuary 18, 2015Concourse A is the best to fly out of because Security is fastest! Blue Sky Bar is a good place by gate A35 to get a refreshing drink and watch football while waiting.UpvoteDownvoteNishant PatelDecember 4, 2018Been here 25+ timesA line train to Union Station is wonderful. Good food choices although Chick Fil A is always packed! Surprising they don’t have stairs at most of the places, just escalators. Clear+pre✔️ for the win.UpvoteDownvoteSteve BoothJune 4, 2014Been here 100+ timesIf you are looking for a quiet place with good wifi signal, be sure to seek out the business cubicle's. Also a great place to people watch from above. Spent many hours on netflix up there.Upvote2DownvoteZach CroweJune 17, 2013Been here 10+ timesIf you have enough time, check out the New Belgium Hub for decent food and good beer. It is a hike at the end of concourse B, but worth it.Upvote1DownvoteMario MoyaSeptember 24, 2019Been here 10+ timesIt’s huge but it’s a good airport. Good places to eat and lots of electric bands to facilitate walking long distances. It also has a good train system which is great for trips that require stopsUpvoteDownvoteJason JokerstOctober 8, 2018Welcome to Denver! State of the art and very large airport. Huge selection of food, beer, coffee, gifts, etc. Always busy. Great airport to be at if you have a layoverUpvoteDownvoteSean MillerNovember 30, 2016Been here 5+ timesGreat airport to fly through when making a connection. There are plenty of places to eat and shop while waiting for your next flight.Upvote1DownvoteNathan KamJune 23, 2012Been here 5+ timesIf you need a trusty, efficient, and budget friendly ride to parts outside of Denver...like Keystone or Vail, check out Colorado Mountain Express. Excellent service and free WIFI on their vehicles.UpvoteDownvoteMerredith BranscombeApril 21, 2012Been here 25+ timesThis helps guys not at all, but the women's room on the baggage-claim/security level -- East Side-- is pretty amazing. Glass tiles, huge private stalls... Makes me giggle nearly every time I visit.Upvote1Downvote🌻TeresaOctober 9, 2016Been here 25+ timesI like this airport. Easy to get around. Friendly people work here. Lots of coffee and food places. Excellent toy store. Bronco stuff!UpvoteDownvoteApril DeBerryMarch 3, 2022Been here 100+ timesI had on a sweater with a metallic thread throughout it & found out that was enough to set off the machine at screening. The agent I had was very professional, kind & offered privacy if I wished.UpvoteDownvoteCasey DuncanJune 17, 2014Been here 10+ timesChecked baggage can have a pretty rough ride. Stuff folded socks in things like shoes and caps to protect their form.Upvote4DownvoteJordan RamirezDecember 29, 2015Been here 10+ timesIn Concourse B, if the bars on the lower level are crowded (particularly during sports), check the bars in the mezzanine in the center of the concourse. Much easier to find a seat up there.UpvoteDownvoteSteph ShyuJune 17, 2022Been here 5+ timesPSA: hiking sticks are considered weapons at this airport. You WILL be required to check them in so save yourself the trip thru security, resign yourself to your fate, and check a bag from the get go.UpvoteDownvote123456...5223,441 PhotosRelated Searchesdenver international airport (den) denver • denver international airport (den) denver photos • denver international airport (den) denver location • denver international airport (den) denver address • denver international airport (den) denver • airport denver • continental airplane denver • den denver • den airport denver • denver airport denver • denver airport station denver • denver international den denver • denver international - den denver • denver international airport denver • denver international airport (den) denver • denver international airport (den) denver international airport denverAboutBlogBusinessesCitiesDevelopersHelpCareersCookiesPrivacyYour Privacy ChoicesTermsEnglishEnglish Français Deutsch Bahasa Indonesia Italiano 日本語 한국어 Português Русский Español ภาษาไทย Türkçe Cities:AtlantaAustinBostonChicagoDallasDenverHoustonLas VegasLos AngelesNew YorkPhiladelphiaPortlandSan DiegoSan FranciscoSeattleWashington, D.C.Countries:BelgiumBrazilCanadaChileFinlandFranceGermanyGreat BritainHungaryIndonesiaJapanMexicoNetherlandsPhilippinesRussiaSingaporeSpainThailandTurkeyMore Great Places in Denver:abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz#Foursquare © 2023  Lovingly made in NYC, CHI, SEA & LA+-© Mapbox © OpenStreetMapDenver International Airport (DEN)8500 Peña BlvdDenver, CO 80249United StatesGet directions Denver International Airport is one of the busiest airports in... the world, with more than 69 million passengers in 2019.(Show more)Open (Show more)Mon–Sun24 Hours(303) 342-2000flydenver.comdenverinternationalairport@denairport@denairportFeaturesWi-FiFreeSee MorePlaces inside Denver International AirportConcourse BTerminalDEN Airport"Best airport food: itza wrap!
