The flat earth model cannot account for the different stars seen from opposite hemispheres. 7. The flat earth model does not explain the coriolis effect. 7. The flat earth model is based in belief. 8. The United Nations uses the flat earth as its symbol because it is the only way to show all of the nations of the world in a single image. 9.
