Orgone is a pseudo scientific concept about a form of energy also known as life force, Prana, Ki, Chi or universal energy. This esoteric energy or universal life force was discovered in the 1930s by Wilhelm Reich, a gifted and visionary scientist who fled from the Nazis to America. This is his story and what he did for the world: How Does Orgonite Work? Orgone creations such as Orgonite devices or generators are energy storehouses; they store universal energy. This energy nurtures your soul and clears all the negative energies around you. When your energy is low the recharging happens even faster. Dr Willhelm believed that orgone energies came from the purest expression of love such as orgasms which is where the word orgonite comes from. Although orgone energy was first discovered in the human body, Reich learned through observations and experiments that it exists in free form in the atmosphere. He discovered that Orgone energy fills all space which means it is present everywhere. Orgone energy is attracted to concentrations of orgone energy. Unlike heat or electricity, which always shows a direction from higher to lower potential, orgone energy flows from lower potential to higher. This energy can be manipulated and controlled by orgone energy devices. One of the first orgone energy devices was the “bacquet” of Mesmer, a crude but apparently effective form of orgone energy accumulator. Reich developed several devices to control the orgone energy. One of his most known invention was the orgone energy accumulator. The accumulator is an enclosure formed by a layered arrangement of metallic and non-metallic materials which result in a concentration of energy within the enclosure. Reich also invented a weather control apparatus, a type of directional antenna that makes it possible to withdraw large amounts of orgone energy from a region of the atmosphere. Used properly, this apparatus can trigger large changes in the weather. Reich had never planned to discover this “cosmic” energy; he wasn’t trying to revolutionize science nor trying to make a “great” discovery. Reich simply observed and experimented from day to day, writing down what he found, studying it and organizing the facts as they appeared, without forcing them into any pre-conceived framework. What he found was that the same energy which flowed in the sexual embrace was present in all nature, “living” and “non-living”, and that this energy could be found anywhere in nature; even in the air. What is Orgone Energy? Willhelm Reich described ‘orgone’ as being a vital energy that could be demonstrated visually, thermically and electroscopically (a device he invented to see orgone). He discovered that when non organic (metal) and organic material (usually wood or cotton) are mixed together in layers, this mixture would act as a magnet to this energy. He created big boxes of these mixtures where he would place his patients to receive high amount of Orgone energy into their bodies. Reich patients were cured of different illnesses including high advanced stages of cancer. That created a conflict with the medical establishment and Reich was sent to prison where he died. The Orgone Movement Reich Orgone discovery was passed along and today Reich’s orgone work is rediscovered as great healing tool helping the body and subtle bodies become whole, a state of harmony. People from all around the world began to make Orgone devices also known as ‘orgonite’. Orgonite devices such as pyramids are made of metal or polyester resin with gemstones and crystals inside the device to amplify and concentrate the Orgone energy.
