Tesla is the one who came up with the idea of the Alternating current and AC motor, which we still in use today, and it can be said he is perhaps one of the most unappreciated scientists to ever live on Earth. As we have stated in previous articles, more than 90 percent of his inventions are continuously being used today or are parts of other end products that have been developed in the near past. New Revelations The batch of documents, made available thanks to a Freedom of Information Act, reveal the government interest in the so-called Death Ray Weapon invented by Nikola Tesla. Join the newsletter The documents available at the FBI’s website reveal a plethora of previously unknown information, which has remained a secret for more than 75 years after the Federal Bureau of Investigation seized around two trucks of papers and documents belonging to Nikola Tesla. “On Saturday afternoon, January nine, Gorsuch and Fitzgerald of Alien Property Control Went to the hotel and seized all the property of Tesla, consisting of about two truckloads of material sealed all articles and transferred them to the Manhattan Storage and Warehouse CO. New York where they are now located.” The documents reveal the government’s great interest in Telsa’s weaponized inventions such as the Death Ray, a device that conspiracy theories claimed to have existed for decades but was held a secret. After Tesla’s death, the US government rushed to take possession of his papers, documents, and inventions in fear that Tesla’s work would fall into the hands of America’s enemies, who could make use of the inventions and obtain an upper hand in the war. Tesla’s Death Ray Among the jungle of documents, papers, blueprints, and inventions, it’s interesting to find a letter addressed to J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI’s first Director. The document highlights the importance of an article where Tesla speaks of the death ray weapon and its ‘crucial importance’ for future warfare, and how a country that possessed such a weapon would have a great advantage over its enemies. Given the nature of such a weapon, it was recommended that Tesla to remain constantly under ‘protection’ from possible enemy spies who may have a strong interest in obtaining “the secret of such an invaluable instrument of war and/or defense.” Never before has it been acknowledged that the Death Ray invented by Telsa exited, nor has there been any evidence to support the idea that the US government pursued such a device. The documents released by the FBI also mention how Nikola Tesla had developed, in addition to the Death Ray’, a futuristic torpedo that no other nation on Earth possessed at that time.
