When you go for a hike in Sedona and park your vehicle at a trailhead parking area, you will most likely need a Red Rock Pass.  If you are unsure if you need one, check out our article about the Red Rock Pass program and how it works at Sedona Red Rock Pass Information. Here you’ll find a list of the Sedona trails and locations where you can purchase your Red Rock Pass using an onsite vending machine.  Red Rock Passes are $5 a day, $15 for the week or $20 for the year. Red Rock Passes are now available for purchase online at Recreation.gov https://www.recreation.gov/sitepass/74387  All you need is your vehicle’s license plate number and a credit card. Baldwin Trailhead Banjo Bill Picnic Area Bell Rock Pathway Parking Bootlegger Picnic Area Boynton Canyon Trailhead Cathedral Rock Trailhead Courthouse Vista Doe Mountain/Bear Mountain Trailhead Encinoso Picnic Area Halfway Picnic Area Honanki Heritage Site Huckaby Trailhead Indian Gardens Visitor Center in Oak Creek Canyon Jim Thompson Trailhead Little Horse Trailhead Midgley Bridge Observation Site Palatki Heritage Site Red Rock Ranger District Visitor Center V Bar V Heritage Site Yavapai Vista Where can I buy a Red Rock Pass in Person?  If you would like to purchase the pass beforehand, check out the Sedona Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center in Uptown Sedona, the Ranger Stations or at local hotels and businesses around Sedona.  If you have an America the Beautiful Interagency Pass, Golden Age Pass or the Golden Access Pass, purchasing a Red Rock Pass is probably not necessary, but check with the Red Rock Ranger Station to make sure.
