If All of the Above IS ultimately for the General-Public -- I think they could've done a MUCH better PR Job. Imagine if all those working in All of the Above were completely-removed from contact with the Outside-World. Imagine if All of the Above occurred within the Moon. Imagine if we never went (or even faked going) to the Moon (officially) -- and simply operated conventional spacecraft in low Earth-Orbit -- with no unconventional spacecraft EVER visible to the General-Public.
