English Original Catalan Dutch French Greek Italian Russian Serbian Spanish Turkish         In response to the ongoing plagiarism, misrepresentations, and renaming of his discoveries, Dr. Hamer has legally protected his research under the English names “Germanic New Medicine®” and  “German New Medicine®”– registration date: 27/05/2004. In June 2004, when Caroline Markolin attended a one-week “New Medicine” Seminar in Torremolinos (Spain), Dr. Hamer and Caroline agreed to use GERMAN NEW MEDICINE (GNM) as the official English name (“Germanic New Medicine” being equally acceptable). The registered German names are “Germanische Neue Medizin®” and “Germanische Heilkunde®”. We, at LearningGNM, refrain from using the name “Germanische Heilkunde”/GHk (English: “Germanic medicine“) for the presentation of Dr. Hamer’s work since the term suggests that the knowledge of the Five Biological Laws was handed down by the Germanic peoples and, thus, existed long before Dr. Hamer had made his revolutionary discoveries in the early 1980s. Dr. Hamer: “I changed the name from New Medicine into German New Medicine purely for the reason that currently some 15 different alternative therapeutic approaches also call themselves New Medicine. Since the name cannot be protected, I had to find a new one.
