It seems that society has been willing to let this slide simply because the Authorities at CERN deny that it really happened. But, there are a lot of unanswered questions. Don’t you think we deserve some answers? NewsScience ‘Human sacrifice’ staged at Cern, home of the God Particle Cern says that the ritual could undermine the actual science that goes on at the organisation Andrew Griffin@_andrew_griffin Thursday 18 August 2016 10:15 Fake ritual killing filmed at Cern A human sacrifice has been staged in the grounds of the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, the home of the God Particle. A video circulating online shows hooded figures apparently engaging in a ritual, staged under a huge statue of a Hindu deity, at the end of which a woman is stabbed. But the footage appears to have been recorded as part of a prank by scientists at Europe’s top physics lab, which serves as the home of the Lagre Hadron Collider. The identity and motives of those behind the video hasn’t yet been discovered. In the footage itself, multiple people are shown wearing long, flowing black robes – and one appears to have hiking boots on underneath. They are depicted walking around, before a woman moves onto the floor and is apparently stabbed. As that happens, the person who is supposedly recording the video appears to react – firing out expletives and apparently running away, which causes the camera to move away from the scene before it is cut off. The ceremony took place under the large states of the Hindu deity Shiva, which permanently stands at the complex. In both the video and real life, it is lit from below – which means that a huge shadow is cast across the building behind. The Shiva statue was a “gift from India to celebrate its association with Cern”, according to the institution’s website. “This deity was chosen by the Indian government because of a metaphor that was drawn between the cosmic dance of the Nataraj and the modern study of the ‘cosmic dance’ of subatomic particles,” the organisation says on a website unrelated to the prank. “India is one of CERN’s observer states, along with the USA, Russia and Japan. A Cern spokesperson confirmed that the video had been filmed there, but said that it had been made without permission or knowledge. Cern said that it doesn’t “condone this type of spoof” because it can “give rise to misunderstandings about the scientific nature of our work”. It’s far from the first time that scientific work has been associated with the occult or the mystical. Because of the highly-specialised – and often terrifying – work that goes on at Cern, it has become a haven of speculation for conspiracy theorists and anxious people. Many have suggested that the Large Hadron Collider could bring about a black hole in the Earth, or that something is going on there that would allow people to access new forms of power that would be wielded against the Earth. Others still have said that the work might open a portal to another dimension – an apparent extrapolation from the fact that the work going on there might allow scientists to test theories about the presence of other dimensions. Others have claimed that Cern’s work is meant to prove that God doesn’t exist, another claim that the institution has been forced to rebut on its website. “People from all over the world work together harmoniously at CERN, representing all regions, religions and cultures,” an FAQ page says. “CERN exists to understand the mystery of nature for the benefit of humankind. “Scientists at CERN use the world’s largest and most complex scientific instruments to study the basic constituents of matter – the fundamental particles. Particles are made to collide together at close to the speed of light. This process gives the physicists clues about how the particles interact, and provides insights into the fundamental laws of nature.” The campus has a range of security measures, ensuring that everyone on the grounds is either an official scientist or a visitor – and those involved in the ceremony appear to have had their ID checked. Cern hasn’t said who took part in the prank, but the woman at least does appear to be identifiable in the footage. “People from all over the world work together harmoniously at CERN, representing all regions, religions and cultures,” an FAQ page says. “CERN exists to understand the mystery of nature for the benefit of humankind. Many of those people come from around the world to the site, to partake in scientific work or to speak with people who are doing so. A Cern spokesperson appeared to blame such people, saying that “some of them let their humour go too far”. An article has been added to the FAQ page of Cern’s social media pages, which makes the same claim. In response to the question “I have seen a video of a strange ritual at CERN, is it real?” the page says that it isn’t. “No, this video is a work of fiction. CERN fills up with visitors over summer, with users from across the world who come to CERN as part of their work, and some of whom occasionally let their sense of humour go too far, and that is what has happened on this occasion. CERN does not condone this kind of spoof.” spacer CERN Large Hadron Collider “Satanic ritual” in a research facility is captured in video Friday, August 19, 2016 at 11:15 PM by Ramona Laurel – – A creepy video of an alleged cult performing “Satanic ritual” is circulating on social media – The footage was taken inside CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research in Geneva, Switzerland – In the clip were eight figures in hooded black robes surrounding a “human sacrifice” who was stabbed many times in the chest by the “occult leader” Watch actual video below (Screen grab from Youtube) What you see is what you get? An eerie video showing a “Satanic ritual” in the grounds of a particle physics laboratory in Geneva, Switzerland has been making the rounds on social media. The alleged ritual was performed inside the European Organization for Nuclear Research known as CERN. It is a research organization operating the largest particle physics laboratory in the world. In the middle of the night, eight figures wearing hooded black robes can be seen gathering around a statue which is identified to be Shiva, a Hindu deity. The group, as if gracing a ceremony, formed a circle while one “human sacrifice” went to the center. In the clip, one of the hooded individuals took off the robe of the human sacrifice to reveal a woman in white dress. The woman then knelt and lay down before the “occult leader” approached her. A silver object that looked like a small sword was being held by the leader. Without any cue, the leader has lifted the sword and began stabbing the woman lying on the ground. The video clip ended wobbly with the one capturing the footage panicking and letting out expletives upon witnessing the ritual with own eyes. On the other hand, CERN denied the ritual saying that it was only a prank made by scientists working in the facility. CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. (Photo from cynthiajquinn.net) CERN released its official statement regarding the bizarre ritual that was captured inside their premise. On its website, CERN said the “video is a work of fiction showing a contrived scene. CERN and its on-site accommodation fill up with scientists from across the world coming to CERN as part of their work.” The hooded figures appeared to be the scientists working in the facility and were just having fun. “Persons that are authorised to access the CERN site sometimes let their sense of humour go too far, and that is what has happened on this occasion. The video was filmed from an office building; strict safety systems are in place to prevent any unauthorised access to technical and experimental facilities.” CERN is also set to conduct an investigation to identify who recorded the “Satanic ritual” and had it uploaded on the internet. “CERN does not condone this kind of spoof, which breaches CERN’s professional guidelines, and is currently carrying out an internal investigation,” the statement read. With Agence France-Presse spacer THE HUMAN SACRIFICE occured on August 10, 2016. The sacrifice was made to SHIVA. I was curious if there was a Hindu holiday or festival on that date. This is what I found: Tulsidas Jayanti 2016 Tulsidas (1497-1623 C.E.) was a Hindu saint and the poet. Tulsidas is renowned for his great devotion towards Lord Rama. Tulsidas composed several works but he is best known as the author of the epic Ramcharitmanas, a retelling of the Sanskrit Ramayana in the vernacular Awadhi language. Tulsidas was acclaimed to be a reincarnation of Maharishi Valmiki, the composer of the original Ramayana in Sanskrit. He is also considered to be the composer of Hanuman Chalisa, a popular devotional hymn in Awadhi dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Tulsidas spent most of his life in the city of Varanasi. The famous Tulsi Ghat on the Ganges River in Varanasi is named after him. The famous Sankatmochan Temple dedicated to God Hanuman is believed to be founded by Tulsidas. According to Hindu lunar calendar, Tulsidas was born on Shravana, Shukla Paksha Saptami and this day is observed as birth anniversary of Poet Tulsidas. Tulsidas is also known as Goswami Tulsidas. Apparently, this person was known for his devotion to RAMA not to SHIVA. Rama (/ˈrɑːmə/;[4] IAST: Rāma, Sanskrit pronunciation: [ˈraːmɐ] (listen); Sanskrit: राम) or Ram,[α] also known as Ramachandra (/ˌrɑːməˈtʃʌndrə/;[6] IAST: Rāmacandra, Sanskrit: रामचन्द्र), is a major deity in Hinduism. He is the seventh and one of the most popular avatars of the god Vishnu. In Rama-centric traditions of Hinduism, he is considered the Supreme Being.[7] Rama was born to Kaushalya and Dasharatha in Ayodhya, the ruler of the Kingdom of Kosala. His siblings included Lakshmana, Bharata, and Shatrughna. He married Sita. Though born in a royal family, their life is described in the Hindu texts as one challenged by unexpected changes such as an exile into impoverished and difficult circumstances, ethical questions and moral dilemmas.[8] Of all their travails, the most notable is the kidnapping of Sita by demon-king Ravana, followed by the determined and epic efforts of Rama and Lakshmana to gain her freedom and destroy the evil Ravana against great odds. The entire life story of Rama, Sita and their companions allegorically discusses duties, rights and social responsibilities of an individual. It illustrates dharma and dharmic living through model characters.[8][9] Rama is especially important to Vaishnavism. He is the central figure of the ancient Hindu epic Ramayana, a text historically popular in the South Asian and Southeast Asian cultures.[10][11][12] His ancient legends have attracted bhasya (commentaries) and extensive secondary literature and inspired performance arts. Two such texts, for example, are the Adhyatma Ramayana – a spiritual and theological treatise considered foundational by Ramanandi monasteries,[13] and the Ramcharitmanas – a popular treatise that inspires thousands of Ramlila festival performances during autumn every year in India.[14][15][16] Rama legends are also found in the texts of Jainism and Buddhism, though he is sometimes called Pauma or Padma in these texts,[17] and their details vary significantly from the Hindu versions.[18] Jain Texts also mentioned Rama as the eighth balabhadra among the 63 salakapurusas.[19][20][21] In Sikhism, Rama is mentioned as one of twenty four divine incarnations of Vishnu in the Chaubis Avtar in Dasam Granth.[22] SO I looked to see if there was a connection between Rama and Shiva. AND LO and BEHOLD, there was indeed. Question– Why did Rama worship Shiva? Answer (short)– Rama demonstrates the ideal Dharmic behavior of worshipping Devatas, as per that specific time. Rama did it because He knew that Ravana was Shiva’s devotee and He would have to kill Ravana soon so He wanted to appease Shiva. Shiva should not be worshipped as the Supreme. Answer (long)– Rama, when He descends in this world, He acts as an ideal human being. In the Ramayana, He is not acting as God. Valmiki Ramayana starts with the question, who is an ideal human being, what are the qualities of an ideal person? Rama demonstrates the ideal dharmic behavior. So in accordance to that, He bows down to the sages, performs Yagnas, He Himself is Yagneshwar, but He performs Yagnas. He does whatever rituals are expected of an ideal human being at that time. Worshipping Shiva is not a problem at all. Even Krishna devotees can worship Shiva. Lord Chaitanya would also go to Shiva temple and dance. The confusion happens when Shiva is treated as Supreme. So first of all, in Valmiki Ramayana, the incident of Rama worshipping Shiva is not there. It has primarily come from the Tulsi’s “Ram Charit Manas”. But even if Lord Rama did that, the point is there is nothing wrong in worshipping the devatas when one is demonstrating the example of an ideal human being. And as devotees, we can also worship Shiva but we should not think of him as the Supreme. We can seek his blessings to become a better devotee of Krishna. Lord Chaitanya has written something called as ShivaAshtakam – 8 verses glorifying Lord Shiva, not mentioning that Lord Shiva is the Supreme but mentioning how exalted a devotee he is. Now why Rama worships specifically Shiva and not any other devata? The reason is that Ravana had worshipped Shiva, and he had got most of his powers from Shiva. So Lord Rama knew that in the ensuing battle He would have to kill Ravana. So He wanted to appease Lord Shiva that he is your devotee but he has done something wrong so I have to kill him. So what He did was a part of the reverential culture of that time. It is not an indicative in any way that He is not the Supreme. In fact, after Ravana is killed, at t… truncated (19,775 more characters in archive)
