Donald Marshall has made many, interesting, claims on his experience in the DUMBS. It is quite terrifying to think about this type of entity enslaving humanity for the past several thousand years. Phil Schneider also spoke of the DUMBS and they killed him in the 90s. I thought the black eye was indicative of being cloned but maybe I’m wrong. Doja Cat recently had a black eye, and they purposefully go out in public with it. There is so little known about the DUMBS but somehow I feel what he is saying has some truth.

I can't speak for all of the video, but the part where you see the worm or whatever being fed into that persons eye, is in fact a video being played in reverse.
