The Nahanni Valley (Canada) underground city!

"This covers 250 square miles in the southern end of the Mackenzie Mountains of Canada. It lies almost 550 miles due west of Fort Simpson on the Mackenzie River of northwest Canada. Hot springs and sulfur geysers keep the valley warmer than the surrounding areas by about 30 degrees year -round (the valley is above 60 degrees latitude), making it perpetually mist-covered. This valley is inhabited only by animals as people entering the valley are usually found headless and quite dead. The Indian tribes of the area avoid this valley. (These tribes include the Ojibways, the Slave, the Dogribs, the Stoney, the Beavers and the Chipweyans.) This valley is often referred to as "the Valley of the Headless Men."

Apparently, there's a sort of underground there, or so says the legend.

Pierre Elliot Trudeau is the one who made that place a park. We cannot walk there freely anymore.

"Nahanni National Park is a 4,700 sq. km. undisturbed natural area of deep river canyons cutting through mountain ranges, with huge waterfalls and complex cave systems."

"The Grotte Valerie cave system (closed to visitors) is one of the finest ice-caves in the world. It contains grand chambers and tunnels 1,900m long and the Gallery of Dead Sheep where some 100 trapped Dall sheep died."

"Grotte Valerie Grotte Valerie is a 2km aggregate of limestone karst passages formed by water percolating from the plateau above First Canyon. Various passageways and caverns are decorated with hundreds of small, but actively growing stalagmites and stalactites. Studies have shown the cave system to be older than 350,000 years. One of Grotte DRAFT NAHANNI NATIONAL PARK RESERVE OF CANADA NAHʔĄ DEHÉ MANAGEMENT PLAN 33 Valerie’s unique features is the presence of dozens of Dall’s sheep skeletons, some embedded in ice. These are the remains of animals that wandered into the cave system and were unable to return past an ice fall. Access to the cave is strictly controlled for reasons of public safety and protection of the fragile cave features, and is limited to park-approved scientific research."

Be interesting to cross reference this to Dave Pallidis 411 map.

Go on

It's a map of missing people hot spots for the last 40- 50 years. Mostly US but he does some Canada stuff. Most disappearances occuring in National Parks are never solved and quietly hushed.

The History and Mystery of Russia’s 'Valley of Death'

A volcanic gorge in remote Kamchatka has given up some of its secrets—but not all of them.
Source Here

I've had the Nahanni Valley and the Canadian one in queue for a later post, but I just won't have the time to get it written for a while. I was (probably still will in the future) going to see if this possibly matched up with a previous northern dipole position, and if the Russian did as well at some point also.

Also, Mr. Lance B Eliot is going to end up being a choose your own adventure finish, because that I can't quite make a connection between two very equally strong origins. But I still have no doubt the persona isn't real, despite someone appearing on video. And if I'm wrong and there is an actual Eliot who is an AI scientist, than the journals are still being published by an AI. Cause nope, no way, no how, are those articles being written by someone with real life experience.

Talk soon.

Nivram12 2 10m

It’s just a cave.... a small one too, 3km is pretty small...

arctic-gold-digger 1 11m

Maybe.

Nivram12 3 13m

Most caves are locked for puplic for damn good reasons. Idiots touching an breaking stuff, killing themselfes because they have no idea what they’re doing.. stealing things, littering down there...

Thank you for this post! I have been researching this area since last year because I found it extremely fascinating as you did. Such a large land mass that far north that no one ever talks about in the U.S. the entire Northwest Territories and that area is also very strange and obscure!
