You have reached the official web-site of the World Seat / International Grand Priory of Malta of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem (S.O.S.J.) - Knights of Malta - The Hereditary Order, also known as ‘the Maltese Langue of the SOSJ, the Hereditary Order’. Recorded in history as “Knights of Jerusalem” 1090-1291, Cyprus 1291-1310, Rhodes 1310-1529, Knights of Malta (Malta) 1530-1798, Russia 1798-1917, U.S.A. 1908-1982, Malta since 1964.
The Order incorporates OSJ Langue of Malta; OSJ International Grand Priory; OSJ International Order based in Malta, and the entire historic and chivalric heirloom and authority of the Original OSJ. in virtue of OSJ Testaments of May 22 and of August 17, 1976.
