At Shambala Bakery your whole family can enjoy delicious options! Our expansive, allergen-smart bakery menu is dedicated to accommodating folks with variety in our scrumptious GF and Vegan breads, sourdoughs and pastry recipes, that include our own variety of Ancient Grain Blends including millet, sorghum, teff, amaranth, quinoa and/or flax. They are nutritious and loaded with protein and fiber, yet comprise a moist, soft & stretchy crumb and
crispy crust that surprises and delights. 

We also serve up our delicious Shambala Barista locally roasted Organic Fair Trade, Shade Grown coffees and espresso drinks plus fruit-full smoothies & juices. Our primarily Vegan Bistro menu has also pasture grazed egg and cheese options and responsibly sourced fish as well.  It is loaded with our house-made signature V GF recipes like our famous Falafel Gyro, Panko Cauli ‘Wish’ and Chips or True Cod, and our own tasty Soy-FREE GF Shamburgers!

We have year round Farmers Market locations and additional weekly market locations in the Summer. Please see our Locations page for product options close to you.  

For catering we can include any ingredients you desire, locally sourced from Shambala Farm and other regional growers. Our vintage and authentic Shambala Permaculture Farm on Camano Island is a working farm for your enjoyment, offering low impact Farm to Table meetings, weddings & receptions, birthday dinners and reunions.
