Skinny Bob Alien Video (Fact or Fiction?)

Does the Skinny Bob alien video prove that we are not alone in the universe or show history greatest hoax? If the film is real then aliens exist and human beings are not alone in the universe. However, if the footage is fake, then it is one the greatest hoaxes of all time.

What We Do Know

Very little is known about the video. At this point we do know is that the footage first appeared on the internet on May 1st, 2011 and was uploaded to YouTube by a user known as Ivan0135.

#1- Ivan0135 claims that:

The footage was leaked from the Soviet KGB.
“First Contact” with aliens occurred in 1942.
In 1942 a series of diplomatic visits with an alien species took place that discussed “matters of mutual concern”.
Under the classified treaty 23/04 these meetings took place in secret and a limited number of special agents escorted the extraterrestrials who agreed to meet with high ranking military officers.
According to the document 072/E in 1961 there was an incident involving 3 extraterrestrials at one meeting. The incident occurred due to the violation of an agreement by the KGB officers at the military base when the aliens discovered their arrival had been secretly filmed without their consent.
Under treaty 23/04 the meetings were to be confidential and no filming or photographs would not be allowed.
After the incident this incident in 1961 treaty 23/04 was subsequently revised.

(To our knowledge none of Ivan0135 claims has ever been corroborated nor disproved.)

#2 – The accurate physical and anatomical characteristics of the alien subject in the video:

The fully functional oversized Sterocleidomastoid muscle at the back of the neck.
The jugular vein pulsating in front of the Sterocleidomastoid muscle.
The eyelid, skin, and muscle movement as the alien blinks and nostrils move.
The tightness of the skin on the neck and face.
The skin blemishes on the forehead and at the base of skull.

#3 – Credibility:

Since May 1st 2011, no individual(s) have ever claimed credit for creating the video nor has anyone attempted to profit from the footage.

Our Thoughts

The perplexing video yields only one of two conclusions. The first conclusion is that the footage is a fake and the brilliant hoaxer created Skinny Bob through the use of an advanced animatronic puppet, CGI, or practical special effects. The second conclusion is that the footage real and this means that we are not alone in the universe.
