Ron did a great job for us. No complaints. I would, however, like to ask if there's a way to have these sessions pre-scheduled. Most often, when a tech calls to help with a submitted ticket, I am in the middle of things that are hard to just set aside. But, if I know I'm getting a call at 10A or whatever, I can be ready for it.
