This is a new series shot by #biancagerasia that is set to address the similarities between the physical and chemical properties of glass, and how it resembles the human body & it’s emotions.
Pt. III - “OPTICS and ways to define glass” - an instrument or device that is designed to aid in the viewing of objects not readily seen. It is both transparent and visible. With its properties of refraction, and reflection it can warp perspectives and bend light.
“Is glass a solid or a liquid? “ -As glass cools, the atoms become locked in a disordered state like that of a liquid, then forming into a perfect crystal arrangement of a solid. It is neither a solid nor liquid but shares properties of both. It is it’s own state of matter.

Pt.1 :
Physical Properties of glass-
Mechanically strong; has great strength. Weakened only by surface imperfections, which give everyday glass its “fragile” reputation. Surface flaws are protected by special tempering.
Elasticity- gives under stress, up to a certain breaking point and rebounds back to its original form.

An exclusive Interview by: Mindy Parker
If you could play any character in any movie or show, which one would it be and why?
I would love to play some sort of superhero, because I’ve been a fan of Marvel and DC. Captain Marvel is my favorite movie, and getting a role like that would be a dream!
What’s your favorite way to describe exactly what it is that you do?
That’s a tough question that i’ve never thought about! On top of acting and writing, the whole Instagram side of things just gives me an outlet to so many incredible people who are constantly supporting me. I try my best to advocate for the things I care about with the platform I’m lucky enough to have.
Do you feel like you get to live like a “normal teenager”? And what’s your favorite “normal teenager” thing to do?
I definitely feel like a normal teenager, the only difference is being wary of what’s on my Instagram and having the power to influence kids my age! My friends and I love to bike around the neighborhood and have picnics because it’s just peaceful and reminds us of how beautiful our reality is!
What are the most challenging parts of your lifestyle?
It’s challenging dealing with the hate comments, because even though I know they’re being typed by insecure people who need to hate on others to feel better, they still sometimes get to us. But like I said, being secure in yourself and reminding yourself that you’re good enough is the best way to combat the negativity.
How do you maneuver your own journey with self-love, personal insecurities and body positivity, being such a big presence on social media?
It is definitely challenging for all teenagers on social media to completely love themselves because we’re all constantly looking for validation from others on social media. I’ve had to learn that me loving myself was the most important thing, and being completely grounded in knowing who I am. Once you’ve got that figured out, the hate comments and trolls don’t mean anything. We all have bad days, but most are good!
What message do you feel is important to share with all the fellow teen girls who follow you?
I think it’s important to show that nobodies life is perfect, even though it looks like it on social media. I try my best to talk about things like sexuality, anxiety, and things normal kids go through and deal with in their teenager years. It’s hard to be vulnerable on social, but it definitely helps to connect to fans and I want them to know that I’m always here for them.
What do you love most about being involved with the Digital Network BRAT?
I’ve gotten to meet some amazing people who are now my best friends. And on top of that, my character has grown in so many different ways and I’m lucky enough to play such a complex girl!
