a friend of mine who manages a

non-profit in Tucson asked me to take

some photos for him for his website and

he was looking for a sunrise picture of

kind of the skyline of downtown Tucson

so I had gone out actually on

Valentine'­s Day

maybe I dragged my wife up to a mountain

so that I could go up there just block

out sort of shots kind of plan the

photos that I was often looking to take

for that website and so we got up on a

mountain just as the Sun was setting I

set up my Canon 40d on a tripod open the

shutter up fully I really wasn't looking

for picture quality I was like I said I

was looking to block out where I wanted

to set the camera in the angles their

eternity and so I started to click off

some photos and I had these set with a

timer release on the shutter so I didn't

get any camera vibration because it was

the Sun was starting to set we were

running into fairly low light and I took

I don't know what was probably six or

eight pictures I figured I'd had enough

that I could take a look at tomorrow

take a look at the next day and decide

where I liked so we went out to dinner

that night went home the following day I

uploaded these photos on to my laptop

and I noticed some lights that I really

didn't expect to see up above the Santa

Catalina Mountains and upon closer

inspection and as I really ran out the

contrast of the photo I ended up with

something that I still can't explain to

this day this is the original photo and

these lights were showing up just over

the top of the mountain I took a second

photo probably five or six seconds later

as long as it would have taken for me to

reset the the timer and in fact this

group of lights was in a much more

narrow band and now about well I don't

know I can't really say distance-w­ise

but they've moved quite a ways from

where that original grouping had taken

place so I still have no explanatio­n for

the camera i error for the pictures

these images these lights have not shown

up in any other photos that I've taken

they might be curious I mean the only

reason I bought everything that he said

is because my people have been feeding

me for 13 years

pictures not only pictures are just

playing pictures but being a senior

scientist and they got a picture of

close and personal this is a UFO which

is ready to take off and it is very up

close and they informed me that there

are three elements which the UFO is

ready to fly therefore it only shows on

the upper part of it
